A key theme tabled at the World Tea Expo presentation which I attended in June 2013 on Tea and Health is that tea research is bolstering the folk lore properties of tea. Tea is a natural, renewable product that acts as a preventative in health conditions – think of each cup as a deposit in your wellness bank account.
