(a) Our freight charges
New Zealand delivery:
We charge $7.50 to deliver your order. It will be dispatched via PBT tracked couriers for urban addresses (3 working days from dispatch) or NZ Post for rural addresses or addresses outside the main PBT service route (5 working days from dispatch). Please be sure to include full address and phone contact details along with an instruction for the courier on where they can leave your package if you are out when they call. During peak holiday times or during adverse weather events your order may take longer to reach you.
We also offer a Remarkables Market Pick up Option ($0) over summer.
Overseas delivery:
We can send your parcel of tea to Australia via international post (we find this is the most cost effective way) which is an untracked service. For all other countries there is no standard charge as each order is so different. Please email us with your requirements then we can provide a quote.
Orders shipped overseas are reduced by the amount of NZ GST in the order. We are sorry but we do not ship our glass tea pots or tea tins internationally.
(b) If you are out when the courier calls
If the courier can't reach you they will leave a card for you to contact them. You can avoid this situation by issuing the courier an authority to leave your package at the time of ordering.
Enter your special instruction in the notes section at checkout telling us where on the property the package can be safely left. We will pass this on to the courier.
(c) Buying for a gift
It is our pleasure to gift wrap and send a selection from our range on your behalf. Please ensure you enter the full delivery address, contact phone number and special instructions to leave detail in the alternative delivery address section.
Enter any special gift message in the notes section at check out.
